at COP 27 against the damages caused to our “economic resources” by the crossings over the
“Sri Lanka’s Multi-billion Ocean-air Expressway” (SLiMDOE), and help Sri Lanka to recover
from the current crisis and mitigate the impact of Climate change.

Comprising of target Deliverables to the People, an Index of actual vital economic indicators from 1970 to 2022, a Financial Summary, External trade, External Debt, External Reserves, Government Finance, and Power and Energy requirements. The plan shows the actuals from 1970 to 2022 and targets from 2023 to 2028.
